how do i convert the files that GTK Radiant saves to .PK3? i need an exact exlanation....PLZ....thank you

Well I don't know much about radiant, but .pk3 files are just zip files renamed. You can use PakScape or WinZip to make .pk3 files.

OK, here we go. 1: Create folder maps . In this folder place bsp file of ypur map. You know how to create bsp file, don't ya. Save your map and then from the Bsp menu select bsp FullVis . Wait until map is compiled and that's it.

2: Create folder scripts . In this folder place arena file. To create arena file, open notepad and write this:

{ map "yourmapname" longname "Of your choice" type "ffa" }

map - name must be the same as the bsp file. longname - of your choice, this will apear in map list (in game) type - a type of game. Type "ffa" for FreeForAll, "duel" for Duel, and don't know for CTF. Save this with extension arena or just rename extension if you saved as txt .

3: Create levelshots folder. Here you place a levelshot of your map which will apear in the map list (jpg or tga format). Name must be the same as bsp file.

4: Create botroutes folder . Here you place bot files, only if you made a bot support. Not necessarilly.

Add this four folders to WinZip and when zip file is created just rename its extension to a pk3 . That's it.
