Make a brush (any size...) give it the system/trigger texture.

While the brush is selected, right click and go to triggers>trigger_teleport

Deselect the brush.

Go to where you want the player to transport to.. right click and go to target>target_location

Deselect the target_location.

Now, select the trigger brush then WHILE the trigger brush is selecter, select the target brush. Press CTRL+K while they're selected. If you did it right, a line will connect the two with an arrow pointing from the trigger brush, to the target brush.

Run your map and see if it worked.

As soon as the player touches the trigger they get transported, so make it an appropriate size.

You mean the light blue/green flashing streak? It does it automatically. Obviously you'll only see it when someone else teleports.
