That depends. In game movies are ROQ files that can be created from any 30 fps 512x512, 256x256, or 512x256 avi or mpeg file, using the ROQ compiler included in the 2.0 version of JKII editing Tools SDK. In game cutscenes (The ones that aren't really movies, but actually are just npc moving and talking, etc., without the player) are harder to explain and would require a certain amount of skill to explain.
