Hi all, I need help. Actually mod, should be simple.

I need a mod, which adds couple of more NPCs. Here's list of them. These all should be avaible at JK2 files, if not, I cant send missing ones via email.

Adi Gallia VM (Red saber) Barris Offee VM (Blue saber) Bultar Swan VM (Yellow saber) Coleman Trebor VM (Green saber) Kit Fisto VM (green saber) Mace Windu (That ct_windu, samuel l skin. Purple saber) Aayla Secura (Blue saber) Episode I Obi-Wan Kenobi (Blue saber) Jedi Mon Calamari (Random saber) Ki-Adi-Mundi (Purple saber) Luminara Unduli VM (green saber) Quinlan Vos (green saber) Plo Koon VM (Orange saber) Yarael Poof (Blue saber) Shaak Ti VM (Blue saber) Qui-Gon Jinn VM (That tex-quigon mesh. Green saber)

Those all are jedi, so no dark powers. It would be good if they would act like Jeditrainers and Jedi2.

And is it possible to make Yoda look normal sized in Single Player? If it is, add him too.

Please, I tried this myself, but I'm worst modder in universe. I beg you.

You can't be bad at modding, you can either know it or not.

You can't call this a "couple of npc's" those are way more then a couple.

BTW, it is very possible to make yoda the right size.

Ok. I feel I'll do something wrong so I'm sure that kylek or tFighetPilot will correct my mistakes. Back to the subject. This is what i know: Open gamedata\base\assets0.pk3 with winzip or, better pakscape. Look for NPCS.cfg in ext_data and extract it to the desktop. Then open it with notepad or (if it works- on my pc it doesn't works:(:() with cfged0.99. you'll see a lot of commands and their functions (some of them are useless like movetype. I'm saying this for experience...), and after them you'll see groups of commands with first a name (like munro, kyle, morgan, desann, tavion, and so on). All you have to do is to make copy-paste from one of this groups (from kyle, or desann, or tavion. Anyway from a jedi) then you must change the name with one of those you said before. For one group there is one NPC. After this you must edit the command's parameters like height, saber color and so on. I don't know why but i feel like I've forgotten something...:uhm:

I tried that, but I dont get it working PROPERLY. Adi Gallia for example, she has invisible blaster, and her lightsaber is between her legs. And she shoot blaster shots. That why I want someone else to do this.

N3G1@, you forgot something, the modelname of the npc should start in his class name, IE jediyoda or rebornkitfisto or desanndooku

Thanks! That helped much, I got that Adi Gallia working. But then I added rest of them, and I reseave error saying that NPC files are too big, when I'm trying to load mod. Whats wrong?

You have answered yourself on that one.

Too many NPC's.

It seems too obvious that if you want at least some of your npcs working you need to keep less npcs.:confused:Too confused: I'll say it easier. TOO many NPCS. LESS npcs. JK2 will WORK. I think this was clearer...

True. I've forgotten that even when I've tried by myself in one of my confusing tests, when ponda baba and mark 3 had the saber locked in their chest... Now I understand why...:nodding:
