I've downloaded some skins and directed them to the correct files in Jedi Knight but it says that they are all password protected........I HAVE NO IDEA!! Any help would be appreciated.

yes I have heard this problem before but unfortunately I have not heard the solution. Are you behind a fire wall? If not I have no idea but this is the plaace to ask. And if you don't find the answer e-mail the author and see what he has to say.:p

Open the zip file the skin is in and copy and paste the pk3 file in2 JK2 Gamedata/Base Folder.
