Ok i have 2 questions first one : Ok i have some .jpgs that are supposed to be used for models well....u see how do i make models????......can someone point me to a moddeling tut??? plz second question: Umm ok in my map i have a question about doors.....lol......yea i kno...well this is a quote from the tut ive been using for my map..

Change your 2D View to the XY Top view. Now set the Angle for the door to open. For the left door, have the door move... left. (: For the right, right. Assign an angle to each door in the same way that you assign an angle to info_player_start. If you had a door you wanted to slide up or down, just hit the Up or Dn buttons instead. You should see arrows appear on each door in the 2D View.

ok........i get what i am supposed to do it just doesnt axplain how i do it....i kno i am supposed to show it how it will open (u kno left right up down) well.....:mad: HOW THE HECK DO I DO IT :mad:....personally i need a new tut plz help................thx for reading this long messege :bows: :bows:

I don't know too much about modeling, but for the doors, you need to select the door (make sure you have made it a func_door first) and hit N to open the entity properties window. At the bottom of the window, there will be some angle and 'up' and 'down' buttons. Select the button that is going the direction your door will go.... 180 is <---, 360 is --->, etc. etc. The top view (XY top) is the way the buttons go...erhm....yeah....

ok one question cuz i dont think its going to be in any of the tuts how will i get it into radiant so its in my level....this would help a lot.....and thx for the tut pages! :rock: ;) :uhm:

simply go to file-->open and choose your .map file. You must first, though, set project settings correctly (its in the first 'class' of the RD tutorial) so that the place where you save your .map files is in the same place you load your .map files from (in GameData/base/maps).

It should be in the tutorial i gave the only problem is the tutorial i gave does not load anymore...

However i am going to add the download to my site!;)
