first question: Is it possible to delete the speed effect keeping kyle faster than the others? I'm talking about SP.:sleep:
Try typing g_speed in console
It will tell you default number and what its set at, assuming its same command thats in multiplayer.
Then just type g_speed newnumberhere
You may have to enable cheats using helpusobi 1.
Give it a go.
I can't use "helpusobi 1" i have to use "devmap mapname" cause it says the cammand does not exist or it does not do anything.
To open console hold shift and press the button left of 1

It IS very possible to make a new HUD... I'm making one to look like the one seen in the Jedi Academy trailer...
Just open Assets0.pk3, go to gfx->hud and change the stuff there!

Coming back to the first question, I wrote wrong: for the speed effect to delete I meant the effect that deforms the map and the players. Anyway, the cg_speed command just make kyle walk and run for a "longer distance". The final result I want to get is that kyle walk or run as always with the shadow behind him, and the others walk and run slowly.
No need to switch the shader unless you want it to have a cool effect like glowing, or a reflection...
I dont know about the other thing...
Well, I've tried to change the hudright_innerframe, but there's still the red thing of the datapad, and I can't delete it (I can't find it too) anyway, I'm leaving an attached JPG to show what I wanna do: the lower-right hud with a nice "force style". The problem is that when I'm changing the "force_tickx.tga" the game always put them in an arc order (I don't know how to say that, I hope you understood...).
