This is a request. Please could someone make me a PK3 file that gives me a SP orange lightsaber blade so that I don't need to keep on putting the cheat on everytime. Also please can someone make me a great saber hilt to go with it but make sure it is a seperate PK3 file. Please reply soon with the location of the file.

Thanks P.S In return if anyone wants me to tell them how to do things on the game I would be happy to help.

Reply Soon.

I have attached a zip file, that zip file contains a pk3 file named

sabercolor = orange.pk3

extract that pk3 to your

base folder

Then it works

This is a pk3 file that changes your sabercolor from blue to orange in SP

* I didn't tested it, because my SP is screwed up *

If you have a file named

autoexec.cfg

in your base folder

plz remove it

to make sure my PK3 works

If it doesn't work

Reply here !

Send me a PM !

Send me an E-Mail !

If it doesn't work, I will fix it

BUT IT SHOULD WORK :agreed:

So, have fun with an orange saber

I had the same problem with the same file: I know how to got an orange saber, but then you won't have that "sort of lightsaber's shadow". If you're interested in, I'll tell you. Anyway: Obiwankenobi, try to view that file. Another thing: if I write (for example in jk2config) seta helpusobi1 seta sabercolor orange The sabercolor code won't work automatically, neither in the game. Why?

I can't help you with in the game but I think in the config if you are using a config editor it won't work because the makers of the config file hyave put some sort of binding code on it. I would still be very intrested in finding out about this Orange lightsaber so please can you telll me where to get the file.

thanks

P.S I hope you don't mind me adfding you to my buddy list.

The pk3 doesn't work, but what's so hard about typing sabercolor orange?

OK. First of all you need to know how to use photoshop. Then You have to open assets0.pk3 (maybe with Pakscape), and go in gfx\effects\sabers (or something like that...), and extract aal the jpg files you find:eek: . Now there are 3 kind of files: the saber's core (if you don't like its form you can change it with photoshop), the saber's glow (thet's it: With photoshop you can change it. Maybe it's easier to rename the file (ex orange_glow.jpg to blue_glow.jpg). that's how i've changed the color), and the blur_glow (or something like that. This file is the "shadow" of the saber when it moves. I don't know why, but the last time i've renamed orange_glow, the shadow was still blue, instead of orange. If you have this problem, you can change the file and make it all black with photoshop. There are two files for the shadow. After these changes you won't have the shadow, but you will have the orange saber). After all these renames, you have to create a new pk3, and a new directory gfx\effects\sabers (as in the assets0.pk3) and paste into all the modified files. THen save the pk3 into gamedata\base folder and start playing. Really easy isn't it???:fistpunch: Ok, Ok, but this """"mod"""" will allow you to see an orange saber in the cinematics (not as with sabercolor ...):D :D :D
