In the Jedi Council map I downloaded there was a large window with Coruscant in the background and ships scrolling by. i found the textures for this in the Kejim textures but my question is this: 1)How do you make the ship textures transparant so that you can see through to the cityscape?. 2) How do you get them to scroll by? thanx..:)
I think it has something to do with layering them on multiple brushes in the right order. If I remember right, there are three brushes, two with the cityscape and one with the ships, the later of which would go between the two others.
actually its more likly that he used a shader to complete this task
At least one of them IS a shader...I just dont know how to use shaders and textures in multiple layers without getting a see-through effect :(
