I made my model in Milkshape 3D 1.6.3, all the materials are set but there is only a GLM importer, not exporter, ive searced this board looking for how to export out of milkshape, no luck.
Could someone please help, I also have GMAX but it also doesnt export GLMS. could someone please help
NM, I just found the Tools/SDK thing.
Happy for ya that u find how to export the model m8... But I can't find the tools/SDK thingie you were talakin bout :\ Can any1 share his wisdom on this 1 please??

first go to http://www.fileplanet.com/index.asp?file=87277 you need md3view program to create the .glm file
open milkshape, click the animation button on the bottom of the screen and set the frames to 1,then click on it again to turn it off.
then: generate a .qc file for q3(in the tools menu), then export the model as a q3 '.md3', save both files in the same place.
then open the md3view program and import your '.md3' file then just export as a '.glm' file!
after that i don't know as i'm stuck! any help would be appreciated!

Well it seems i am stuck again :mad: I downloaded the JK2EditingTools2.exe, extracted to my JKII folder and guess what?? NO viewer to find!!! 2 tuturials, behave.exe, effects.exe etc...U have any idea?

You need to find the JKeditingtools #1, probably at teh same site you found the second one.
oops, shit, sorry i might have pointed you at the second one instead! you need the first one that comes with the map editing stuff.
Yeah I found the SDK thing wich is indeed part 1 of the tools :D Man this stuff is difficult :|
Lotta probs even exporting it, but we'll get there..around next year lol...thx anywayz :)
