Are there anyways to change sabercolor permanently? I known you can type in sabercolor X, but that isn't permanent. I also known that you can rename the saber files to the color you want, but that doesn't change the blur. Does anyone know?

You do it in one of the files based in the assets you can view and change the default sp saber color.

I've found that changing the autoexec file really doesn't change the color. All it does is make the game think it's changed. (to blue, etc. when it thinks its red)

Simple. Just open assets0.pk3. Under the ext_data folder, there should be a file called npcs.cfg. Open it with notepad and scroll down until you find the name of the character whose lightsaber color you want to change. Next to where it says sabercolor, just change the color(valid colors are red, green, blue, purple, yellow and orange);) However, if you want to change Kyle's saber color, this won't work(the npcs.cfg file only affects npcs, hence the name):uhm:

I'm not sure but in the mod "ep3" seems like the author changed the sabers.shader file changing the blue saber to the purple one. Now, I don't know if that really work, but I've tried to change the directory for the blue_glow and the blue_core to the orange ones, but it doesn't work and the sabercolor x doesn't work, so the author could have created the shader form 0, but I don't know cause I don't know how to use well ShaderEd so I hope someone knows cause there are a lot of people that are looking for a mod that change forever that useless blue saber...:( :uhm: :lookaround: :)
