I'm pretty sure this will be mt last Mapping problem.

I just made my first MP map and I have radiant open right now, The problem is I can't figure out how to save my map as a bsb file when I click "save as" it will only let me save it as "map" or "reg" What's the problem?

If you havent changed the setting to MP: To change to the MP definition file, hit Project Settings in the File Menu > Change SP_entities.def to MP_entities.def. Hit OK, quit out of Radiant and reload it.-from Richdiesal's site

Next to make a *.bsp go to click the "bsp" in the toolbar and choose bspfullvis and wait go to where you saved the map and a yourfilename.bsp should show.

Well just do it the easy way and goto bsp menu then click bspfullvis(extra)

My project settings have been on sp and i have made an mp map and it worked but it is best if you start with the mp ones loaded. Well you have made the map so it should work, best of luck.

By the way Tysplo you don't save it as bsp you save it as .map then when you are ready theres a menu called bsp click it then click bspfullvis, a window should pop up wait for the title to say finish then click it off close the editor after saving it.

Now go into jk2 and open the console(hold shift and press the button left of 1)

type: devmap mapname

Do not put .bsp after it. And where it says mapname put the name you called it when you saved it then press enter.

Good luck
