I skining a Trinity skin of Trinity from Matrix: Reloaded! But when I try to view it in ModView it come's a message that say's >
R_LoadImage(): Couldn't read image "models/players/trinity/trinity_legs.jpg" and this message coms up for all other image's to "models/players/trinity/trinity_torso.jpg" etc.
and I when I try the skin in game it is just nothing, the skin is invisible!
How can I get it to work? what am I doing wrong?:confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused:
and, how can i set in image's in the post so I can show you what it look's like?
it worked befor!!!!!! but when I view it now it did not work! it worked in ModView and ingame before but now it can't read the images!!! whats wrong???????
Calm down and listen up when that error apears click ok on all of them after that goto view menu and click on LOD1,2 or 3 that may do something.
Check it gets the skin from the right directory it must be in models/players/skinname/model.glm
and that is where it gets it's images from.
But in other cases try md3view.exe that has some options to rap the skin around your model on the file menu. So make sure you load your model in md3view from models/players/skinname/model.glm
then if it can not load the skin then goto file menu and click on the skinning option but it should load it from models/players/skinname/model.glm it will load the images from there so they must be all in that directory.
Now I can see the hands agen in Modview! wohoo!!! It did not work in the other LOD's.
How can I open .glm file's in md3view?

I fond out! the .skin file had yust wrong names in it....
that's what is was reffereing to, too, coz it is always the problem when ppl say something like this, even if they just missed watching it.
i fixed 6 skins of forums member and all of them had a invalid model_default.skin file
