1st, i need to know hpow to make a MP map. i know how to make it, BSP it, and run it in SP; but how the hell do you put it into MP!? n e informationb would help grately. (NO SARCASM!!) i really wanna know how to do this. thnx #2. how do you model name skin? i would really like to kno this aswell. there would B alot of new models, and skins out there if i knew this. once again i thank you in advance.

and #3. i once again for some 1to make a hilary Duff model for me. i have already told you why i want this character. and i would appreciate it if no 1 would make a stupid coment or question(and no laughing either) about her again.and if you think i'm to sensative,pfftGIT OVA IT!! if you can do this job, ask and i will provide pictures.

What you need to know is here.

But you may find your map you've made will not work in Multiplayer...

As there are a few differences in making MP & SP maps.

As for rest of questions they didn't really make much sence to me :confused: !

i took all his courses, and th@ was the only 1 i didnt get. what i'm really look ing 4 is some 1 to walk me throught what i need to do to make the PK3 stuff.

You have to set it to MP and then make the map. I don't think it works the other way around. your gonna have to start over again because a lot of the things you can do in a SP map you can't do in MP.

Start a new map. In the File menu click "project settings". Then click in the EntityPath box and scroll all the way to the right, change the MP_entities to read SP_entities. Then quit out of radiant, and then go back in. Now begin your map (you will notice when you right click there will be less options then SP if you did it right)

I was just about to do that anyway:

1)it is best to load the MP settings by going to file then clicking on load project go into gamedata/tools then load StarWarsMP

2)make your MP map

3)bsp it

4)Test it out by running MP

5)Then open the console(hold shift and press the button left of 1)

6)type devmap yourmapname (DO NOT PUT .BSP AFTER IT)

7)Now when your happy with your map open: C:\Program Files\LucasArts\Star Wars JK II Jedi Outcast\GameData\base\maps

8)find your .bsp file and drag it out

9)make a maps folder

10)make a scripts folder

11)make a levelshots folder

12)put the bsp file into maps

13)make a text file and paste this in:

{ map "yourmapnamehere" longname "Title that will show up ingame" type "What game types?" }

Replace yourmapname with the actual name of the bsp file. The second line delete the text and replace with your own And the types it can go on such as ffa team jedimaster ctf cty duel set them out like i did leave a gap between each one.

rename the .txt file to .arena after saving itthen put it into scripts.

15)get your screenshot and rename it to yourmapname.jpg

16)put it into levelshots

17)Now creat a .zip file and put all 3 folders in then rename it to .pk3

18)Put the pk3 file into base and run jk2

1)do the stuff ingame and drag out the botroutes from base then rename your pk3 to .zip drag botroutes in and rename it back to .pk3

Or if he got the right stuff in he could load the project settings and load his map as a prefab.

delete any stuff that is not for mp first.

when i type /decmap BETA_TEST_MAP(th@s my map name) it says 'couldnt find BETA_TEST_MAP.bsp' but i bsp'd it. what gives?
