Before you ask --- Yes total n00bie I am working on a version of the luke skin. I am trying to make a transparent part. Explanation of skin: Basically it is a zombie cop with a red and blue eye. (As soon as I get a part of it to work I will attach it.) I would love to make them flash. (Any Ideas?) Thanks

Actually that depends. If you want a whole body part missing, you can go in the .skin file & replace the file pathname with "clear" & that will remove the whole part. I had some Gundam models that I worked on & I wanted to remove the shields from them & the shields were part of the arm, so I had to make a shader using "depthwrite" which made it so that anything transparent in the image would appear transparent in-game; Then all i had to do was remove the shield from the skin texture & voila.
