When I added music to the world spawn and started up the game, for some reason it said, "couldn't find file yavin_hanger.wav". The file is in the assests 0 folder, I checked. I switched the music to yavin_ext.wav, but I don't want to compile again until I know it will work. Can someone help?

For bot support, you have to follow this tutorial: http://www.jk2files.com/file.stuff?body=BotWaypointTutorial

Could you tell me how exactly you put the sound in your map?? Maybe you made an error there :D

(I'm assuming you have a much more keen knowledge of map making than I do) I deselected everything, then pulled up the entities window, scrolled to the bottom of the list, and clicked on "worldspawn". When you do this there is a small window right below the scroll list, in there it tells you that you can type "music","message", and some other crap in the key, and you can put the relivent value in the value spot. I typed in the key: music, and in the value: yavin_ext. (when I looked in the assets 0 file, I found that yavin_ext was a .wav, so I thought it would work.) Then I started the game and it said "can't find file yavin_ext.MP3" :uhm: . Again, when I found the file, it was a .wav, not a .mp3...I dunno, any help would be useful.

What I'm looking for is that wise/peacful melody that you hear when you go to Yavin 4 for the first time. If someone could tell me the name of the file I would be much appreciative :D

Ahh.. yup you're following the right steps, but a small error ;)

For the Value, you put: yavin_ext right?

Change the Value to become this: sound/ambience/yavin/yavin_ext

You must include the path information as well :D There are a lot of yavin sounds in the "music" filepath.. you can extract them and play it in WinAmp to see which is the one you want :)
