if anyone knows how to make new swords and how to get them in game plz tell me im done with the zelda mastersword and now just need to get it in the game

make it a pk3 and put it in your base folder I think = / seems simple enough

i know how to skin it im talking about a model i know how to put it into a .gml but i dont know how to make a md3 :(

You don't know how to make the .glm file?

Use the MD3View program provided in the JK2 SDK. Load the .md3 in the program, then in the 'File' menu at the top select the "export to .glm" option. (or maybe it says "export to ghoul2" or something to that effect)

OR

You don't know how to make the .md3 file? I'm assuming you're using Milkshape, in which case you first need to generate a control file (.qc) and then export to .md3. I think the generate a control file option is under Tools>Quake III Arena>

If I'm just confused and didn't answer your question, then sorry hehe EXiT

im having trouble with this black stuff i know your supposed to select it then push Reverse Vertex Order but then it just goes to the other side

You need to assign your faces counterclockwise in vertex order to correctly face them.

this is my first time modeling (well kinda)
