Um, right, unless Chriz mod and Bryants mod use that file to turn up a not implemented properly AI, that should not really help. I actually use that file to turn them down, the AI in teh demo is rather bright, well not tactically, but they xpand fast normally, they are the Basic AI after all, just designed to do something and not really think that much about it.

[edit] Okay thanks to whoever submitted my file to eawfiles.com, I didnt because I thought it was against the rules

"Submit Files"We won't accept any files whose contents seem legally questionable; this includes files that embed a hacked executable or include copyrighted materials used without explicit consent/permission e.g. ripped off from an other game/mod.

They dont seem to slow down no matter what I do, I am not sure how to change that part, only if they attack you quickly.

You could add some large pirate forces to neutral systems and give everybody a really weak starting-force. Like this it will take longer for both sides to expand.

/wishful thinking. Wish some modder would take his time and fix the bugs and really do a above decent job, include as much content as possible, even tho the wait for the full game is around 3 weeks. Currently the majority of the mods out are either swamped with bugs from space station vs fighter to putting a hero character on a planet when the hero doesn't have a model... /end wishful thinking. cookie time!.

MrFancypantsResearch labs work just fine for me. Once you build it there is an icon in the building-list for tech-upgrades.

Yesterday I tested the EAW.Warlord1.3 modification. It doesn't offer as many units as other mods but it has few bugs and is certainly one of the more original mods as there are three factions and different maps for space and land-battles. It's quite challenging because it uses the difficulcy-adjustment from Byron's mod.

Thanks dude!!!!! I wanted new scenes, im bored of fighting at the same place.

yeah agree with what you said some just jump and do something out of nowhere and i dont know whats happening to them. though they have done a great job creating and unlocking some characters from the game. but still, is there anyway, or what file to edit so that the AI won't invade the entire galaxy? i am still using chriz mod 5, they just eat the whole screen :( thanks!

Doesn't the Chriz mod start out with half of the Galaxy controlled by the other side? The AI is not so difficult to defeat. I think they always attack that Rylos system at first. Make sure to build a larger space-station and lots of Y-Wings there. Actually, do that in every system that is threatened with an attack.

A little question for Chr0n1x

Are you still modding and if yes what are you doing :???:
