You can look for [color=darkred]OPERATION PUNISHMENT:[/color] [color=red]Blitz[/color] its a great server, you respawn in 5 seconds, and its a 50/50 server, with lots of dedicated good players, such as myself [SoL] :: Halcyon :: =) just push players, and it should be towards the top, since it has at least 40 players all the time.
Maybe he means that a fast recharge like in the bar that goes down after fireing a panzerfaust.
Oh, well, I haven't seen any of those servers, but since Operation Punishment has XP save, you can have level 4 soldier (once you reach it) for as long as you play, so you can fire panzers rather quickly. PANZER OWNAGE :stallard:
