get an image editing program that can convert .tga to .jpg

or, use the print screen key to take a screenshot

Macromedia Fireworks can do it

also Photoshop

-I hate Aceedsee, I hate it!

-But with Paint, you can create all those files. Goto Save As, and save as filename.jpg.
