Well, technically speaking the Bloodthirster would win, because he can't be killed by anything except a Chapter master or a Primarch. Though, if we would take away that fact I'd say the Balrog would win.

As stated before A bloodthirster is immune to fire!! so that flaming sword of the balrog will just tickle it.;)
