Inspired by what CKY2K said in this thread and the fact I enjoyed watching this show, I decided to start a thread about it. Has anyone else here ever watched this show on MTV? More importantly, did you like it? :deal:
For those of you who aren't familiar with it, the show consists of various celebrities, or rather their copies made of clay, fighting against each other to the death in a wrestling ring in various, often gruesome ways. Fights are usually one-on-one, but they can also be any other combination, like two-on-two, three-on-three, etc.
The show has two commentators; Johnny Gomez and Nick Diamond (see picture above), who announce the fights and comment them from their booth, often using innuendos, puns and punchlines.
There is also a referee, Mills Lane, who always starts matches by saying "Let's get it on!". Another catchphrase he often uses is when any of the fighters makes a disputable move, like using foreign objects, and he says "I'll allow it!", implying that just about anything goes in the ring.
Here are some videos for your viewing pleasure:
This is one of the better ones, but the embedding for it is disabled, so have a link instead:
Puns made by Anthony Hopkins are priceless. =p Also, now we know where Lady Gaga got the idea for her meat dress. =p
I miss this show so damn much! :(

I love Celebrity Deathmatch. It's especially fun to watch while intoxicated.
I haven't seen it in years. Then again, I don't watch foreign channels (including MTV) much anymore, so it's no wonder. I take it MTV dumped the show?
Also, I encourage everyone to sniff through YouTube, find and post videos of the fights you like.
The true dylan begun to emerge... hihihi nono hair removal system
