Spoiler: Show
Obviously the boy will have some hand in saving the day. To what end, I don't know. Not much of a cliff-hanger though because they're clearly all going to be safe.

There's a fair amount of subtle repitition in new-Who and I for one am getting sick and tired of it. He was never THIS much of an action hero, he never, for God's sake, ran around saying "RUUUUUUUUUN!" every bloody 2 seconds.

David's Dr. has been written absolutely poorly. He has no defining point like all the others. He just is. In fact, no, he is the lame one. Rose was good in Dr.9, but last season it was poor and the love plot severely pissed me off. I , to this day, refuse the existance of a certain 5 minutes in the finale to new-Who season 2. Absolutely piss-poor.

This season started with strong points. First ep. was as good as it could've been while introducing a new character, the second episode was spot on, much the third, but the 3 following it were dire. I don't know what the hell they were thinking with '42'. I mean there is bad science which is acceptable and then there is the bloody science of being next to a sun, absolute bull-hickey. Saturday's was good, a step-in the right direction and I did like all the previous Dr. references, I'm sure there are more to come. However I'm worried that the second episode will spoil the goodness set-up in the first part (like the earlier 2-parter in the series).

However, I know/have worked out the ending of this series so I know I'll keep watching it, however if season 4 dips in quality or the resolve of this one is poor, you can drop 1 figure from the TV rating.

I'm a Who fan :] My dad got me into it in 2005 when Chris was the Doctor and i've been watching it ever since. \/ Open at your own risk. May or may not be true. \/

Spoiler: Show
My dad told me that "Season 4" is the last one they will be doing, but i can't remember the reason. And to make it even worse David will be the same Doctor. Why worse? I like to see different Doctors as it tends to drag if it's the same one for a few seasons.

then you haven't watched the old Doctor who, they would have the same doctor for years. This weeks episode was great though, A perfect and emotional ending, I saw no part that I didn't like.

That is a Rumour only. It has not been confirmed.

So, Saturday 9th of June's episode, 'Blink'

Spoiler: Show
Another poor episode. Predictable, non-scary and generally kinda bland. Some good ideas that may have seemed fantastic in theory, but were quite the opposite in practice.

Happy to discuss this with other people. I feel I can easily defend my views on this, but, make sure you put it in spoilers ;)

Jeez, don't be such a critic, it was a pretty good idea and I think it was pulled off superbly, all of it was very well made except for the end.

Spoiler: Show
I especially liked the way they made the angels so eerie, reminds me of that game where you have to walk to the end without being caught moving.

That's the thing though, we're all critics ;) I just like to make sure I'm not wasting 45 minutes of my time when I could be doing something else. This just really disappointed me. The reason for quoting the rest of that pargraph was because I agree with you in the "good idea" but I disagree about its accomplishment.

The angels tried to be scary, I just thought that having them in 2 positions, either with their hands up or down was enough. Don't need to go giving them absolutely hilarious faces.

Besides, Medusa rang a bell. Little originality when it came to playing with stone.
