This sounds familiar, the series, but I may be getting it confused with Dungeons and Dragons, or Forgotten Realms.

Well, I read several books by Salvatore about the Dnd Forgotten realms. I think they are great. Especially the Dark Elf trilogy.

I remember reading those. If memory serves (which it usually doesn't), that was in the late 80s. Good stuff. Only read the first to 6 book series tho'

I like the Dragonlance series. I haven't read all of them yet. But they are good. It's where I named my main character for World of Warcraft. Kiri-Jolith. But on World of Warcraft, you can't have dashes or spaces, just letters so it's Kirijolith. :)
