Star Trek…a noble reflection of humanity to aspire. Kirk I suppose. Kind of the Teddy Roosevelt of 23rd century Trekdom.

Well, it wont be Star Wars, at least not in the sense of Light Sabres, and Jedi Knights. Can't say it would be Battlestar Galactica either (because they're somewhat based in this day and age). Even as a fan, I think Star Trek is too idealistic. Humanity are never going to be able to aspire to see the best, and be the best. We are always going to have civil wars, and our drive will not be exploration, it'll be survival.

Yeah, its nice to aspire, but your summation is probably close to true. I rather think we are the “mirror universe”…that just sucks. Oh well.

Probably Warhammer 40k. I've always felt I was in the wrong time because I still value the honor and romanticism of battle. Very little Honor in most respects of the word anymore. FOR THE EMPEROR!

Star Trek. I do wish it could be real one day. And I wish I could be alive to see that day. Favourite character would have to be Picard. He's both a laugh and a good person to have intelligent conversation with.

Well yeah, Star Wars doesn't count considering it takes place "A long time ago". So much for my answer...

If only life were perfect... Also, in reality the Holodeck would be the downfall of mankind.

It would be a downfall, but wouldn't you just love to have it?

Oh hell yes! Getting busy with a bunch of Playboy bunnies while saving the world from terrorists who just can't manage to kill me would be a dream come true.
