What movies really stand out that made you go "woah?"

I definatly have two...

(1) Star Wars a New Hope. Seeing that little Corillian Corvette flying and shooting at something...then the Star Destroyer appears, and keeps going and going and going, and you finially see the engines.

(2) Jurassic Park. Maybe because I was 7, but seeing those Dinosaurs at the first time the Brontasaurs (I think they were), eating those trees, and then at the lake, combined with the music. Awesome.

Star Trek: First Contact. I'm always watching the Borg Cube fight scene with my mouth open. It impresses me every time. =p

The entire climax of The Lion King

The downtown shootout in Heat

The introduction of Sergeant Hartman in Full Metal Jacket

The entire run time of Wall-E

The chopper explosion in The Matrix

The club scene in Collateral

The ending scenes of Inside Man

Any moment where Javier Bardem was on screen in No Country for Old Men

I think alot of people will agree with you on that. I think i might have to say the finale of the 2004 Dawn of the Dead remake. The part where:

Spoiler: Show
Michael stares from the gun into the horizon, and then you hear the gunshot

I wouldn't say the whole movie. Maybe the faux commercials.
