This is a new reality TV show out with five Omish people and 6 city people. I watched it and thought it was pretty good myself. It took my interest. Was funny to see how differant their culture is to ours. I also learned how ignorant and biggoted our "culturized" world is towards people that are differant. Anyone else watch it?

No, but I thought it was spelled "Amish". We took a field trip last year which included a stop at an Amish village. Almost wish I could live a life like theirs.

Yes it is spelled Amish. I passed many Amish homes and people when I was on a trip in Pennsylvania. My mom almost bought a quilt from them.:vikki::clueless:

well there carragies metal wheels cut and sratch the roads up bad, then in the winter, water runs in the sratchs and cuts and freezes. craking the road all to hell.

around here there are enough amish that the roads need to be re-paved every year which cost alot of money.

they can drive with rubber coating on there tractor tires, so why can't the put rubber coating on there buggies?

(Sorry about going off topic here)

Really? I never knew that. Hmm, maybe the state should talk to them about that. It would save a lot of money not having to re-pave the roads every year.

I think they did what normal city people do. I think they went to a club or something. I didn't see it either. I'm just thinking back to what I saw in the previews.
