Sounds like NBC copying another network's success yet again... A rip-off of Fringe perhaps? Might be a bit too early to call.

So has anyone been watching this?

To me the time jumps rather pissed me off a bit in the pilot but the end of the episode was enough to intrigue me to watch the next one. Then episode 2 was 110% better than the pilot. The time jumps were done well to add to the plot at the right moment and I'm now rather interested in the story.

Def the makings of a great show. It feels like a mix between 24, The 4400, Lost and kinda like Fringe. I also like the characters alot.

I've seen the trailers for this, but haven't (as of yet) started to watch the show. I may take a look in this coming week mind, it's a few episodes in I believe.

After 5 (or 6?) episodes, I can honestly say that I love this show. I take back any negative things I had to say before.

Sadim-Al-Bouncer;5416227I can honestly say that I love this show.

You and me both. It's six episodes now by the way.

I said (above) that I may take a look at this show during the week, I watched the first five episodes, back to back on Monday. I watched episode six yesterday night. I'm hooked.

However:

Spoiler: Show

This 'non-terrestrial' group, I don't believe they are a bunch of aliens from another planet, but in fact are a bunch of 'people' from a distant time in our future, who have come back to the (now) present day in order to stop something catastrophic from happening.

It has been mentioned earlier, I believe episode two or three, that there is a 1% DNA difference between 'them' and 'us'. It was also mentioned in the same scene that there is only a 2% DNA difference between ourselves and chimpanzee's. We've obviously evolved from chimps, I believe these other people are the evolution of ourselves, although with obvious (be them genetic or natural) extended lifespans.
