Hmmm..well while I've never been a HUGE Spiderman fan (yet enjoyed the movies) I'm gonna have to go with PoTC3.

The end of Dead Man's Chest was such a cliff hanger at the time I watched it and I hear that they're going on an adventure to the end of the world (which is actually like Japan/China from what I've gathered via pictures and such) so that's pretty cool. I just hope that this last PoTC isnt as somewhat "iffy" as Dead Man's Chest was.

But, if Spiderman 3 actually has the character Venom in it I'll probably want to see that too. Yet, from the previews I've seen of Spiderman 3 venom instead just takes the form of spiderman and it goes in a Dr. Jekyl and Mr. Hyde kinda thing rather than two seperate characters

Spiderman 3.

It has Venom in it. He's a legend. And it's actually Venom, not a Dr. Jekyll/Hyde kinda thing.

I'm looking forward most to the Bourne Ultimatum or whatever the third installment of the Bournce series is. I really liked the Bourne Identity, Supremacy was ok, but not as good as it could have been. I hope they do it right by Ultimatum.

I didnt really like Spiderman, but I'll see Spiderman 3 at the most, once, just to see how the story develops.

It was so "iffy"...Dead Man's Chest was nowhere near as exciting and enjoyable as Curse of the Black Pearl, hands down. The two movies were about the same length but DMC felt so much longer b/c the scenes seemed a little rehashed from the last film and some scenes were a little slower than those of Black Pearl.

Plus - despite the fact that I LOVE Johnny Depp and Jack Sparrow I felt like DMC's Sparrow was just a blatant rip off of what made the first movie's Sparrow so funny - in other words there didnt seem to be a lot of original Sparrow oddballness, there was more continuing jokes and such from his actions in the last film (although I did love his whole thing with the jar of dirt)

*Also, by the way (random plug) neither of these movies can be seen anywhere near as anticipated as 300

DMC was about twice as funny and adventurous as the first movie. The scene with the run-away wheel, might be the most well made/hilarious scene in a movie since snatch. The entire "dead/undead" storyline of the CBP did not even step on the heals of the DMC. I felt that the length of the movie should be changed, I was wrapped up entirely with DMC, and the end surprised the hell out of my. Black Pearl dragged on and on. I feel that Jack Sparrow had far more interesting things to say, and that this movie showed even more of his drunken ramblings, more funny than the first. He had some quality lines in that movie . Not quite sure how you think he's a rippoff as it's the SAME character. edit: love the role of hats in this movie too.

My most anticipated movies: 300 Grindhouse The Simpsons Movie

Not so much as a rip-off, but it just seemed like he was retelling the same "jokes" and doing the same things as the last film and really not bringing anything too new to the table as far as Sparrow-ness goes...dont get me wrong here: I'm saying that out of spiderman vs PoTC I would want to see Pirates more and I loved the 1st film and liked the 2nd

Well a lot of people want to know what will happen in PoT3, but spiderman3 looks pretty sweet from what I've seen. I guess I'd have to go for PoT3, though I'll probably see spiderman first.
