WOW, just saw this movie last night and it totally blew me away! , id reccomend everyone see this movie, answers so many questions, has an awsome plot, Effects are totallly amazing, actors are wonderful, and the story has TONS of twists and turns. I don't want to give anything away but what i will say is the Juggernaught says his famous line in the movie :p . Made me fall off my seat laughing  . BTW: Stay after the credits for a little extra scene that gives you an answer to a big question.

In my personal opinion, the script was the worst of any of the x men films and the acting was poor. It used special fx, dramatic events and random sexual moments to keep the veiwers attension. The story was mediocre and detatched from the previous 2 films, the 10 years ahead thing didn't help much either. The danger room simulation with the sentinel was rather anoying also, as we never saw any real sentinels and only a plastic head which looked so cliche it just seemed silly.

I thought it was a very good storyline. Some say it lacked, but it was just such an eye opener to the X-men universe. There are some notable annoyances about it though. One being that the lines that people had to reference what powers they had, that was just bad writing. Also there were some mutants in it that were made, yet some of the ones that we wanted to see from the comics never returned. And some of the character plots were just awful. Angel for example could have been given a bigger part. At the moment this is probably my favourite of the 3 as I haven't seen the first one in a very long time. This one in some ways is true to the comics more so than the comics. But in another way it has some notable contradictions. It seemed to me that the important mutants had as bigger roles as the unimportant ones. i.e. Juggernaut and Shadowcat. I loved the storyline though, it was so much more believable than X-men 2. And it was good to see that Magneto and Xavier weren't the ones always in control this time round.

I would also like to comment on some spoilers, to talk with the people that have already seen it, but I don't know how to put up spoiler tags. Any help?

I LOVED it! It's a shame that they cut out so much, though. :(

The storyline, albiet dumbed down, was still great. Watching Jean go Dark Phoenix in her house was one of the most amazing scenes I have ever seen.

The FX were great, and the acting was phenomenal. Definitley recommened to anyone.

Overwatch I would also like to comment on some spoilers, to talk with the people that have already seen it, but I don't know how to put up spoiler tags. Any help?

But them in by doing this: [ spoiler ] text goes here [ /spoiler ], but without the spaces in the brackets.

Now you tell me

I saw it today. I thought it was ok... pretty poor acting mostly, in my opinion. Story was ok, though quite basic. It didn't drag out or anything though.

BTW can you PM me what happened after the credits?

What happens after the credits:

Spoiler: Show

You know how in the beginning, when Xavier is teaching the class about ethics, he talks about the guy with a fully functional body but no conciousness?

After the credits we see Moira McTaggert (the doctor) walk into the body's room, and start to check the vital signs monitors. Then, we hear Xavier's voice saying, "Hello, Moira...". Then she looks all confused, and then goes, "Charles?"

I liked the movie for the most part but the phoenix is what ruined the movie for me. when u watch the movie you know what i mean, and another thing i always though that Xavier was the most powerful mutant.

WELL for the most part I agree with him....Chemix has a good sense of plot and story.

I was Shocked by this director and I realised that is exactly what he was trying to do....

The phoenix would have never have killed Scott Summers...NEVER.

On top of what Chemix said, after I anaylised the movie I must say it was good if it was anything but an X-Men film

Byran Singer made the previous two and we can certainly tell.
