Well finally ive completed the main storyline, and now im going to do sidequests and guild quests and play the game a bit more relaxing, (i was trying to get the main quest done asap because i hate oblivion gates).
THe mods i have at the moment are Improved UI (which has really helped), Villages, and a few texture ones (Natural enviroments, QArls pack etc)
Now just looking for some mods which ethier:
- Make the game better to play -Add a new village/or add new NPCS -add new quests - add new weapons.
Any suggestions on what to go for first?
I didn't make it!
Try Qarls texture pack it make game much better! Oscuro Oblivion Overhaul is a nice thing to!
thanks, i have qarls pack, the overhaul, is it any good? I heard it makes leveling slow, is this true? does it add new quests?
Get Knights of the Nine, it's pretty good.
Get no psychic guards and reneers guard overhaul to fix the magical guards. I think I have over 65 mods running atm... So I would have a long list. But get those two guards mods... Ummm... Sunlit Interiors makes a more realistic game... Toaster says share to recruit people, and mercenaries to hire mercs. (And use toasties mod to recruit the people you get the mercs from, that way you can have a small army!) Blackpowder bombs mod is great, especially with a telekinesis spell. The delivery mod allows you to join the gold horse courier and deliver stuff... LONGER KNOCKOUTS mod, man, instead of 10 seconds they are down for 5 minutes! (5 min in game time is 10 secs real time.) Kumikp manor is a good house mod, and it has everything you need. Even a great amulet from someone who lived there before! It has a *SPOILER* enchantment and you get it after you *SPOILER*!!! Great mod!
For quests, try thievery in the imperial city, the legacy, enter the shinobi, there are a bunch of mods with quests in them too...
Hmm... Many of those sound interesting. Can I find them all on TES Source?
Yes. They all can be downloaded from TESSource, but some of them are over 2MB so you will need an account.
Servant of the Dawn sounds ideal for you. It adds a quest for those who finish the main allowing them to join the Mythic Dawnand embark on a lengthy quest set with open-ended outcomes.
Midas is pretty lengthy.. Try that, + shivering isles, mehrunes razor is a fun one, but only for a day. now it sits in the bedroom of battlehorn castle, along with everything that came with the quest, books, notes, etc. i just collect stuff and put it in places. xD
