I'm currently using the "Improved UI 2.01" mod and I think it's very good but I would love to be able to delete / remove spells from my spellbook. After reaching decent levels I would like to get rid of the low level shield spells, shocking touch, the weak fireball spell you get when doing the mage's guild recomendation quest in Skingrad (Who needs a weak fireball anyway?) and so forth... In the Improved UI 2.01 mod the font in the spellbook is a lower size than the original font which makes it all more "browseable" but it would allso save time if I could get rid of the obsolete spells. ... Another aspect I've been thinking about is the hotkeys (why is there only 8 in oblivion when there could've been 9 or 10?). Is there possible to make a mod which replicates the hotkey system from for instance Neverwinter Nights? In NVN you had hotkeys from F1-F12 and additional 24 when holding down either SHIFT or CTRL while pressing F1-F12 which makes a total of 36 hotkeys, brilliant! I'm not a modder, that's why I'm writing this thread instead of mucking about in the construction set, but I think it should be possible to at least add SHIFT+ numpad 1-8 for an additional eight hotkeys (as long as no other action is assigned to the respective asterix). Don't know if this can be done but I thought I'd mention it. A great game which only can get better. Cheers

To answer my own question I found a way to remove spells from the spellbook using the console command 'Player.RemoveSpell XXXXXXXX' . Replace the x's with for example 000A97A7 and you will remove the 'shield 5% for 30 sec' Anyway, I'm still thinking about the hotkeys though, it would be nice to have more of them
