A lot of people have made good sound mods and I have dabbled with making my own but only by taking bits and pieces from other sound mods. Does anybody know a good program for sampling audio say from a dvd. I would like to rip some samples from my band of brothers dvd

I already made a Band of Brother Sound pack but never sent them to anyone besides, there is already a lot of Band of Brothers sound packs
