I had ET running very well under FC1, but after a clean install on FC2, ET is very slow including the menu and intro movie. I've installed the latest Nvidia drivers (6106) on the 2.6.7.435 kernel. I dont have any other games to test if they have the same problem, however the rest of my fedora core programs such as mplayer seem to run smooth with the drivers so Im quite sure ET is the problem. during the installation process these errors appear in console:

[root@noname download]# sh et-linux-2.55.x86.run Verifying archive integrity... All good. Uncompressing Enemy Territory 2.55.............................................. ................................................................................ ................................................................................ ............................................................................................. update install:

sh et-linux-2.56-update.x86.run Verifying archive integrity... All good. Uncompressing Enemy Territory 2.56 Update................................................................................. Can anyone help me with this?
