None that I've seen as far as just silenced AW50. There is a rather large mod called K-9 Vision that includes a silenced version of the AW50, but it's for mp, not sp. I actually spent some time today attempting to find out how to do it, as I'm trying to learn basic modding myself, but only got as far as how to change the enemy reaction to it.

You can make it have the same auditory/alert effect of the silenced MP5 by going to Far Cry>FCData>Scripts.pak>Scripts>Default>Entities>Weapons>AIWeapons.lua.

(Before changing anything best to copy and relocate the entire Scripts.pak)

Now open up the AIWeapons.lua and take note of the differences between the MP5 script and the Sniper Rifle script. You need to change the Sniper Rifle's VolumeRadius from 300 to 5, like the MP5, then it's fThreat from 1 to .5. VolumeRadius is how far away it can be heard, fThreat is the level of threat the enemy sees it as.

I had the wav file from the silenced AW50 in the K-9 Vision mod ready to make a sound and AI mod, but I couldn't find a way to change the sound file. It won't drag and overwrite like I'd hoped. The AI part is the only part you need though if you just want it to be responded to as a silenced weapon.

Load up the free version of 3dsmax and use the importer from crymod.com to take the aw50 model into 3ds and then add a cyclinder to the end of the barrel, removing the muzzle break would make it more realistic :), update the UV map and skin the silencer black or whatever, save it. Make a mod for the silenced aw50 using the SDK, create your .pak and drop in the new aw50 but calling it the same thing as the original aw50 and that's it. The animations won't change, but there'll probably be more clipping with the environment since the game doesn't know the length of the hitbox has been pushed over the limit. Really simple, eh?
