Will some kind soul please tell me how to use the scope refraction shader on a weapon model? I've made a weapon model, but have hit a brick wall with this shader issue!
Please tell me how to do it or point me to a tutorial that can! I might name my firstborn after you if you do.....

So you created a new weapon model and have it imported and is in use as a normal hand-held weapon.....and you want to have a lense shader on the rear lense of the scope.....correct?
You want to change the shader on the rear lense of a weapon [ie sniper rifle, ag36]? --That's much easier to do.
Yes, I've already made a weapon model. Just finished texturing now, as a matter of fact! All I need to know is how to get the bling (scope refraction shader) on the back of the scope "lens."
I thought I would just wait to see if there were any steps that need to be completed in 3DSMax before I export, so that I wouldn't have to go back later and reanimate it all again! :)
Can you help?
Oh, hey! Never mind, I figured that whole shader business out, so i don't need help anymore! :)
