Hey, sup? I am running winxp with an Nvidia fx 5200 128 mb card for pci on an intel p3 processor chip (933 mg) with 512 ram of memory. I built the system myself specifically for gaming. It works just fine. I can play max payne 2, half life 2, doom 3! (which is very taxing). Concerning my FarCry: I have an out of the box version with all the downloads installed. When I get to the 19th, second from the last level. My computer flashes a blue screen that tells me there is a serious video error and then my computer restarts on its own. I had downloaded the FarCry K-9 vision and played the game and this happened. I unstalled K-9 vision and uninstalled FarCry (ALL FIVE DISCS I MIGHT ADD), and reinstalled the downloads. I went to play the game again and the same thing happened. I cannot tell you specifically what the error message says because it only flashes for about 30 seconds and then my computer restarts and tells me that it has recovered from a serious video error. Please advise if my copy of FarCry might be defective, I have no trouble purchasing another copy because I really like the game. It is just depressing to get all the way to the 19th of 20 levels and the game crashes. Please advise. Thank you, over.

Rodger that I have a response for you, over. Well, it's known that K-9 1.0 version has some serious uninstalling issues so I'd look more into that [maybe it's not all gone]. Also, if you wanted you could skip that level and get right to the end. Just bypass the whole level. It's kind of strange you only get that error on that one level. I don't know what else to say. Maybe a complete uninstall and re-install of everything [that's the final solution to everything].
Okay Cap, I will try to bypass the level and see what happens. I do have the editor installed where I can skip to the next save point. I am going to try that and also try bypassing the level entirely. Thanx Cap, over.
