still slow fps or something in sp +mp so just playing sp at the moment i turned most settings to low in video options and a bit better but m8 cant even run it on his pc even with 1.1 paych HHEELLLPPP!!!!!!!:(

just looked in help file and found something about changing system.cfg file from r_driver "Direct3D9" to r_driver "OpenGL" it seems to have improved things a bit but only works for nvidia cards i think

What are your system specs...

If your using an FX card... you may go to Guru3d.com and get the 60.72 drivers. They greatly improved my Far Cry performance!

thanks neo that worked better but still not perfect but didny know about those drivers . i had the latest from nvidias site (56.72) but guess these must be beta version i dunno . still looking for other ideas although ive not overclocked card or cpu yet mebbe thatll make some difference

done some overclocking and runs loads better gone from xp2800+ running at 2.07 up to 2.25 and card is up from 300 to 320 clock speed and memory speed 400 up to 420 still ok but taking it slow system temp is 28C and cpu 35c with a zalman 6000 cpu cooler with 2 fans blowing on it. nice !!!1

very simple --- nvidia sucks !!!!
