Why are they using only M16s?

I just saw on CNN where they interviewed 101st Airborne enlisted and they had M4 Carbines with the taclite flashlight, 68 dot scope and the IR laser for Nightvision use + the readi-mag.

My point is wouldn't it be sensible to use the M4a1auto in the airborne maps? THe m4a1auto being the M4 carbine + reflex sight used in the game?

The M4 can be like that in America's Army because AK's don't have a mount for a flashlight.

Ah I see.

I'm not sure if the 68 dot scopes are the same as the 4x32 Trijicon ACOGs... but seriously an M4A1 w/ a 4x32 scope at the very least would be helpful in maps like Bridge, Radio Tower, FLS Assault, and Mountain Pass.

I see all these units with scopes on their SAWs and rifles it just doesn't make sense to use iron sights only in the game.

This should reduce the number of AIM-bot users and cheaters (hopefully)?

Cheaters are just sad losers but if we were to be like the real army to the fullest we would be able to ask for air strikes (not currently in game maybe at some point though :) )

You can hear the plane on radio tower just keeps forgetting t o drop bombs
