Just been on hslan server. On Bardia I was repeatedly killed by a player on the Brit side in an Italian Tank. I've played FH2 from the day it's been out and have never been able to get in or use enemy armour. So how did this player do it? Come to think of it I have been killed by an Axis player using the Brit armoured car on Sidi and Mersa Matruh, and although I can't remember the name back some weeks ago when it happened I'm sure it was/is the same player, stinks the place out. Not naming names, his nick is a combination of male sheep and what lightning throws. If I'd have had a few drinks I'd have put it down to that, but I'm perfectly sober! What's going on here? :uhm:

That is an Australian-captured M13/40. It is supposed to be an Italian tank that was pressed into Allied service. :)

LOL! Oh sh1t, I wish I had been drunk when I posted this now! My apologies to male sheep what lightning throws for the accusation! I'm still convinced I've been killed by a Jerry in a Marmon A.C. though, but perhaps a few beverages too many were downed that evening!

yes some small vehicles like the sdkfz-222 and marmon slipped through and on some maps they COULD be used form both teams, but these were bugs and should have been fixed in version 2.1

IDk about not being able to get into enemy cars and such. I can understand not being able to get into one of the opposite tanks, your foriegn and have no idea what that button does. But ANYBODY can drive a car, or an armored car. Theres a gas pedal, brake pedal, and stearing wheel. Its real easy. =/

only operation hyacinth locks certain (armed) allied vehicles for the axis, so they cannot be used as defence. on all other maps, you can use the opposid team's transport vehicles

I'd hate to nitpick, but you're obviously forgetting the transmission. I sincerely doubt they were 100% compatible.

Regardless, you can enter most cars in game, as my predecessors have stated.
