I've seen two clips being put in my rifle before. Is that a known issue ? Unless there really are supposed to be two in there :lookaround:.

The no.4 lee enfield (British rifle) uses two ten-round clips.

So that's not a bug then ? That's a new one on me. I've never seen a rifle taking two clips like that. FH teaches me something new everyday. It should probably be compulsory in schools :faq:.

Your sure it was the enfield right? Cuz the K98k only takes the one clip.

I heard they were doing that now, public schools in france, germany, belgium, the netherlands, sweden and a few other european countries as well as around 35 states in the US are starting to incorporate the forgotten hope 2 mod into their history lessons. I saw kids playing Bardia on the TV while the teachers described the situation in Italy at the time. Nice one!! :nodding:

You could call it bugged if you want, but there's no way around it on the BF2 engine. For example, if you've shot 5 rounds from your enfield, you'd only need to load in one clip. However BF2 can't play off different reload animations based on how many shots are left. Only solution would be to load the shots individually like on the sniper version. I'm happy with the current system atleast. Another problem with it, is if you've got 3 bullets left, and you reload, one is ejected giving you two bullets, then you load in 10 more bullets, which means you've technically got 12 bullets in the gun, which is physically impossible.

I don't mind though, its just one of those engine limitations. Besides, they're WAY better then FH1's system, the bolt just goes off screen while making the sound.

EDIT: If it really is a bug where the guy loads 2 clips into a rifle which isn't the enfield, then provide the steps to recreating the bug, and I'm sure the dev team can fix it.

EDIT: I just thought about a solution to not getting more bullets in the magazine then physically possible, if it isn't possible to reload before your magazine is empty. However, I'm not sure if its possible on the BF2 engine, however it was on the BF1942 one. I believe the code snippet was introduced with the m1 garand in patch 1.5.

I'm pretty sure it was the right rifle. I was a Brit. Must have been.
