how many times should you flare during the live jump? when? how much before you land should you hold down the flare key ?
basically i can land inside the circle easy, its just the actual landing itself. As somebody else mentioned, if i land outside the circle i seem to get no damage at all.
so whats the landing procedure?
after messing with it a bunch the easiest thing that works for me is not to flare until im really i mean really close to touchdown. once i hit ground roll..
roll? as in just press the crouch key? and do I need to be facing 90 degrees and parallel to ground ?
no matter what i do if i land outside of circle i get a good landing but every time i land in circle i get failed landing, the game as become buggy and boring now.Looks like it's heading for the bin, pitty as the game was fun online apart from the very many stupid bugs.
It took me forever to pass that. You have to flare right before you hit the ground, and turn to the side. There is no way to crouch that i know of.

90°? What did that mean? Must I turn bei side before landing? In the training everything is ok but in Live Jump everthink goes wrong. I jump over 40 times out of the aircraft and land 30 times in the circle but I haven't complete the mission successful :(
It's a real pain. I did it about 40 times, and finally I got it. I just flared about 2 feet from the ground and looked straight to the left.
Its easy once you figure out which direction youre heading once out the door. Trick is to face the jumper behind you (east i think?) and face away from the instructor. Basically when standing in the plane, turn 90 degrees to the left of the door. Once youre out, wait till you get to the clouds, at that time, hit the forward key for 1-2 seconds. Very short, any longer and you'll mis the circle. Once you come out of the clouds, look down and youll see the target.......you might have to steer very little to get there. Onve youre like 8 feet from the ground flare and right before you touchdown, turn 90 degrees from the direction youre headed and you'll roll automatically and land within the circle unhurt.
Iagree w/ skit here.
thanks.... i finally passed the live jump after 10 times compared to not passing it 40 times.
