Sigh...

It pains me to see n00bs complain. Act like a soldier, or get out!

You can't just get 1.2.1 and get the sniper rifle. You have to get 36/40 on the marksmanship range.

I realize that. Way back when I 1st played this game (Whole month ago!) I didn't know anything about 36/40 so I got like 29 and went on. So NOW what do I do? I hear things about the 1.2.1 haveing "Problems" if you hadn't gotten 36/40 before. Plus can I go through the initial M16 training again!!???

THANKS!

Yes you can requalify on the M16 range and be able to go to sniper school. There are many different techniques to use in order to get a 36/40. I personally keep my sights down when scanning the range for targets. Then bring my targeting reticle quickly to the target and then bring my sights up. Placing the tip of my front iron sight slightly above the base of the target then fire. If your quick enough on it the breathing won't affect you. But you can wait for the initial inhale or exhale then fire.

On the range at work I've always fired both on my inhale and exhale and holding my breath slightly at each position.
