alright USMC im in your group as far as ultra conservitive gun not goes but you dont know **** when it comes to these guns you HAVE no idea how long the beretta was tested. I love the colt but im a die hard beretta fan I own over and under shotgun which is one of the sweetest guns made, all of the guns they make you can expect quality. and yes my friend isreal IS the sum of all fears I am a firm believer that if they had been nice to thier nighbors 9/11 would not of happened. period! your a smart alec butt head so just shut up for once! your not even in the milatary so quit calling names. have you ever seen a SERVICE colt the thing is a piece of junk pieces slop around and you cant nothing unless you hold it to it! so get off your high horse.

Even if Israel had kissed arafat's ass ever since the sh*thole was born, 9/11 would still have happened. And that goes for Egypt, Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, Iran, Lybia, Sudan (Where they murder Christians by the bushell), Pakistan, Turkey (Friends since when? never!), and last but not least, Saudi Arabia (Didn't 15 of the 19 of the bastards come from there).

If everyone thinks that I have my head up my ass, so be it. If everyone thinks the Berreta 92 is a gift from G-d, so be it. If everyone thinks that COLT is a Piece of sh*t, so be it. Just voicing my opinion like a stubborn mule.

When I say the Berreta is a piece of sh*t, I'm talking about the 92 models, not the rest of their guns. Berreta makes some really nice shot-guns and ear and eye protectors (which I own). So don't get me wrong and think I'm talking about everything they make. And no, this is not a sign of me backing down.

I'm going to college next year on the Marine ROTC, so if I find out I'm wrong when I train with the Beretta at the Marine OCS, then I'll come back to this forums and apoligize. Until then, forget it.

I have handled both the colt and the 92 the maching on the 92 is bueituful the colt (unless you get a kimber or wilson combat which are etremly nice guns) is just a pice of junk. you think they will let you shoot a handgun in boot camp sonny? hah! (here comes the school of hard knocks!)

I'm talking about Officer Candidate School. I was going to enlist this August, but I decided to just go through the Naval ROTC Marine Program. The recruiter told me that only enlisted that are E5 and higher can get handgun qualification. Officers candidates get handgun training and qualification in OCS. THe only gun that you qualify with in boot camp is the M-16A2. Officer candidates get both M-16A2 and Beretta qulification.:deal:

I visited one of the local gunshops today on the way home from the gun range and looked at the Colt M19A1, and you are right about it. The Colt feels sloppy. The guns from Kimber, Wilson, Les Baer, and Springfield were better quality and felt more sturdier than the Colt. :uhoh:

I guess I should have seen the gun for myself before sounding off like an idiot.

Oh well, I guess I opened my mouth and shoved my ass in it. :frog:
