How come you can empty a clip into somebody and they return one shot and kill you? Then you get dumb teamates who run right where you naded and you get an ROE!

Lol that's true, but when you unload the clip into someone, you weren't obviously hitting him. Use your CEM (Combat Effectiveness Meter). It tells you basically how accurate you are. To be the most accurate, you need to be in the prone, slow position, with sights up, a bipod deployed, using the same weapon that you started with, having gotten "Expert" on the rifle marksmanship range, and shooting during the spaces in the breathing cycle. That is the exact most accurate that you can be in this game. If you have all of those, then you will hit whatever you shoot at no matter what. I usually never shoot while my CEM is lower than mid - yellow. At that point I have less than half of a chance to hit my target. That's about it. If there's something that I left out please post it.

There are some things you can do to increase your accuracy in a firefight.Remember to fire ahead of the target in the line of it's movement. So many times i've been jumped and should have been nailed but i win because other guy failed to compensate for the direction of my movement.Wait, why am i telling this? Less people know the better }>

You shouldn't have to compensate for direction. Bullets travel (even in this game) at sub-sonic speeds (at least I think so). You should just aim straight at the enemy and keep your CEM in mid-yellow to high green range when in a firefight.
