How about a basic training where you personally sight your m16? it's your basic weapon, why not include the 5 of 6 training shoot that trains you to group your shots? I am a noobie, and that is the biggest problem I have right now. I can hit the HUGE red targets in the first BT mission, but it gives me no feedback on WHERE I hit them, so I still don't know how my aim is. When I play the actual game, I realize my aim's not too good, even though I often have the surprise factor on my side. A shooting range where I could practice grouping shots at even one range, even better yet many ranges, would be great. I realize this is mostly a noobie concern, but as a noobie, this is a current concern of mine, and I think it would greatly accelerate the learning curve of the game. Not only that, but I believe it's part of the accurate and realistic US Army training.

The rifle marksmanship training really doesn't have too much actual firing of the weapon.Except for zeroing and qualification. Since the sights are already set up on the weapon in the game and the pictures always the same theres no need to zero. The recoil is what messes me up in the game....recoil seems to be a bit much on the mission maps it'll bounce around like crazy big time figure out how to keep that recoil down and you'll be good man try moving the mouse a bit after you fire to get it set back again. The terrain you're on also affects how the rifle fires.A good idea would be to goto the infantry training part of the game and fire at the bad guys.

the training that needs adapting is the sniper to make it harder and the 203 training it should be a requirement of it that u can shoot and identify targets, and if u get a certain number of tk's with it u should lose ur proficiency and have to go back and retrain. This would stop people from obtaining it and firing it aimlessly without regard for team mates.

but thats just my opinion :)
