Enjoy, ¬azzkiker (FN-Staff)
Hey, princess where the hell did you get the idea that the terroists won? It looked to me like there were a few to many casulties in that movie though. Something I've noticed in alot of Amatuer War Movies is that alot of the people in the certain squad usally die. With maybe 1 left standing.
Wow didn't know that. Thnx alot!! And to get rid of all the thing that are in the screen i've just gotto go to settings and hide them all? Cool but does the ingame demo record sound ? if so then the only thing i need is a movie editor so i can cut some pieces out... Damn Shadow again thnx alot......
Tried it and it worked but where can i play the movie back???
Yeah, to get rid of the hud, you can either hide them all in the settings, or you can type (without quotes) "agphud 0" in the console. And yes I think that it does record sound in the demo recording. I think that it is recorded into your "Movies" folder in your America's Army root folder. It is set to C:\Program Files\Army Ops\Movies by default.
looked in there but i didn't see anything that i could have recorded ???
Hmmm, I don't really know what to tell you...
videos you record are in the armyoperations/system folder as a .DEM extention. file name will be 'demo0001.dem' for your first one and demo0002 for 2nd and so-on, unless you rename them, unfortunately, you cant play them in windows media player so if theres a program to convert them to .avi that'd be great.
oh yeah, i have a video capture utility called "SNAG-IT" it works pretty well. SNAGIT 6.3 its pretty cool, free to try.
Ok, that's good, but I don't understand why they have a "Movies" folder if nothing gets stored in it.
I wonder what those two movie files in the "Movies" folder are...
couldn't open them in any way... so it will maintain a mistery
