Hello, as you can see I'm new in this forum, i've had an interest in gaming for quite some years now... Anyway, i recently got NFS underground for the PC and I havent been able to run it properly. first i wasnt able to run drag or drift modes (crash to desktop during loading), now i reinstalled the game and i cant even get to the main screen, the game crashes to XP almost in the beginning of loading. Theres is no message for either case. I'm running an AMD TB 1.333 mhz , 256 mb ram, hercules geforce 2 pro 64 mb , windows XP. does anyone know how to solve this problem? i really wanna get the game working properly... thanks in advance.

it would most likly be the video card, that card is very outdated, have you updated the drivers recently? and do you have XP home or pro?, also, have you done windows update? (Start>windows update)

Oddly, EA support suggests that the crashing is a result of the PC not being able to read the CD correctly... :uhm:

Oh btw, the GF2 is capeable of running NFSU because it worked perfectly on my old system.
