A superior 5-digit number
27th June 2004
Normally, I don't host multiplayer games so I can play with other people online--I can always join a server. However, at the moment, I have a virus and can't use the internet (the only reason I'm able to send this message is from my friend's computer).
That said, I love FH and wanted to see what was new in .66 so I went to host a multiplayer coop game and try everything out with bots. (this way, I can customize the exact number of bots I want in-game as well as map rotations, and I can change sides whenever I want) However, every time I try to host either a multiplayer conquest or coop game, either internet or locally, FH crashes to desktop when almost done loading the level.
This is not just an FH problem: it happens also in reg BF too. Also, singleplayer works fine, but is not nearly as useful as coop mode. Ultimately, just getting my internet back now is the primary concern, but until then, can anyone help me?
Here are my main system specs:
1.3 ghz AMD Athlon 3D Now 768 mb RAM GeForce FX 5200 128 mb Windows XP Professional
Help would be great! I really can't wait to see everyone on the battlefield!
