I've been playing FH2 but it keeps freezing online, making me have to reboot. I only installed it a couple of days ago so my install isn't old.
I've been getting this error after opening any idea what's up?
Failed to move 'Battlefield 2/mods/fh2' to 'Battlefield 2/mods/bf2': The system cannot find the file specified.
It does allow me to play but as it's been crashing I wanted to see if this is the problem.
*EDIT* I have tried deleting the file in My Documents but it's done nothing. Reinstall the only option? *EDIT*

You might try reinstalling yeah. Do you use the FH2.exe?

Read the first post carefully.
Intermittent crashes do happen from time to time in this version.
This is the exact same problem i had when i tried to run FH2 on vista. If you do have vista to sort out the problem go Program files (x86 if you have 64 bit) -> EA games -> Battlefield 2 Right click on FH2.exe and go Properties Under the Compatibility tab tick run as administrator and it should work, if you continue to have problems set it to run as XP SP2 Mode.
I'm running in XP, I can play now without the error(it was occurring because of the crashes). But I can only play maybe 5 minutes before the whole thing just freezes
Hi Folk, how can I start my FH2.exe in the administrator mode under Win XP, because I don´t have "Under the Compatibility tab tick run as administrator" ? And It´s normal that in zhe task manager I see the FH2.exe, but also the BF2.exe when I start FH2 ???

When using XP you need to login with the Administrator account, there is no such option like in Vista (...run as Administrator.). FH2.exe is just to launch the custom shaders used by the mod. So it is normal to see both, FH2.exe and BF2.exe, in your taskmanager.
And how can I loggin to the admin mode ??? I had try in the past, but never check it, how can I do. So how can I change to the admin mode?
I know it´s a strange quetsion .... plaese help me ...!!!
Now I have try to login admin mode under Sart----->Over (Shutdown) ----> "..." User login .... but everytime I can login as Normal_User, not Admin.

Click Start > Control Panel, there look for something like Useraccounts (running a German copy of XP so not sure about the last one). There you can edit the existing accounts to make them run as Admin or create a new account with Admin rights.
BTW: The Run as Admin should only apply when running Vista and not XP if got it right from following the posts here.
I think, now I find the reason for my ERROR ... I installed mixed FH2 + FH1, I know I´m so "bobo" !!!! Shame on me ...
But, thanx ...
